Support add multiple CIDR for network routes config

now the network routes config only support single CIDR , please add support for multiple just like domains

From what I understand, this is intended behavior. Routing multiple subnets or routes becomes confusing when you need to handle multiple subnets. You can make the subnet bigger if you’d need to. What is your specific use case?
