I have successfully configured the reverse proxy to publish internal services to the internet.
The overall functionality works as expected: users are prompted to authenticate through NetBird and are then correctly redirected to the published service.
However, I am currently facing the following issue:
- Users do not appear to have an option to actively log out.
- The authenticated session remains valid even after more than 8 hours.
I would therefore like to clarify the following:
- Is it possible to configure a session timeout so that users must re-authenticate after a defined period, for example after one hour?
- Alternatively, can the solution be embedded within an iframe while providing a dedicated logout mechanism?
- What is the recommended best practice for session management and user sign-out when exposing internal services to the public internet?
Thank you for your support.
