Netbird on UGOS (think it is a Debian like) Ugreen NAS

Describe the problem
It is the first time I use a thing like netbird to protect my primitive home network.
I have a Ugreen nas (UGOS), some (portable) computers, and a flint3 router with proton VPN (client), and adguard home installed. I already have a free cloud account with two peers ( a desktop, an iPad) and I would like to add my Ugreen NAS and configure it as network route and exit node. I’ve been looking around on the internet, but I find the answers very confusing and point me to install netbird with SSH and adding some directives (maybe YAML or other). This is obscure and a bit of uncharted territory for me. There are many tutorials and youtubes on Ta******le installs for UGreen NAS, but for netbird it goes dark… But I want Netbird as it is a european product (and of course open source).
Can someone help me or point me to a clear step by step guide, understandable (for a stobburn, mortal soul like me) guide or youtube? I already watched a netbird Youtube video with the netbird man (with a beard), and in the background I saw a ugreen nas, but he never talks about installing it on a UGOS ugreen nas. Replicating what he sowed on videos failed for me… thanks in advance…

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
Hope to get from someone clear guidelines ( or be pointed to) of how to install netbird on my UGOS Ugreen NAS. The NOOB way…
