NetBird cloud/dashboard issue? Peers page does not load, SSO and setup key registration failing

Today my NetBird setup suddenly stopped working even though I did not change any configuration.

I have been using NetBird for more than half a year without issues, and this problem only started today.

Environment

- OS: CachyOS

  • NetBird client version: 0.69.0
  • NetBird daemon version: 0.69.0

What is happening

My client is no longer able to connect
netbird status shows:

  • Management: Disconnected
  • Signal: Disconnected
  • Relays: 0/0 Available
  • Nameservers: 0/0 Available
  • NetBird IP: N/A
  • netbird up starts the SSO login flow, I complete the login in the browser, I get Login Successful, but the CLI ends with:
  • `sso login failed: waiting sso login failed with: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded`
  • I also cannot properly load the Peers page in the dashboard at app.netbird.io/peers — it keeps loading indefinitely
  • Registering with a newly created setup key also fails

Important detail

I did not change any NetBird configuration before this started happening. It started today.

What I already tested

- restarted the NetBird service

  • removed custom service override
  • reinstalled the NetBird client/service
  • backed up and removed the local profile
  • tried a completely fresh login flow
  • tried a completely fresh pairing without the old local profile
  • tried from a different browser
  • tried from a different network, including mobile data
  • tried registration with a newly generated setup key

The behavior is still very similar in all cases.

Relevant errors

From netbird status:

Management: Disconnected
Signal: Disconnected

From the CLI after SSO login:

sso login failed: waiting sso login failed with: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded

From the client log:

failed to login to Management Service: rpc error: code = DeadlineExceeded desc = context deadline exceeded

Current conclusion

At this point it does not look like a simple local Linux/systemd issue, because the same behavior happens across different browsers and different internet connections.

Question

Is there currently any issue on the NetBird cloud / dashboard / management side, or is there a known problem affecting account login, peer registration, or the peers page?

Exactly the same issues here. The page keeps loading.
Thought it was something in my infrastructure, but glad i’m not the only one.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

And I don’t see any groups at the moment and have the same login issues under windows

I see that Netbird Cloud service works again. Groups are available as well.

I have fixed my issue that was related evidently to not working Cloud portal service.
