Currently no other WireGuard based VPN solution has an out of the box options for FIPS 140-3 compliance. With wolfGuard recently achieving this certificate of compliance, I think you should look into adding this technology into NetBird to become the first solution of it’s kind to truly achieve FIPS 140-3 compliance. I think this would truly set you apart from all the competition.
As this is a fundemental change in how NetBird would operate and the current way that it was built (on WireGuard), the forum would be out of scope for a feature request of this size, I would strongly reccommend you to discuss this on the Slack or GitHub.
