Describe the problem

Am I the only one that has noticed in the later iOS App Updates that “Lazy Connections” toggle has been removed? I had lazy connection enabled previously to help with battery drain.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to App settings No lazy connection toggle in v0.3.3
  2. Appears in Netbird Dashboard but I don’t need it enabled for every device.

Expected behavior

Lazy Connections per device specifically Mobile Devices that may not need a 24/7 connection.

Are you using NetBird Cloud?

This appears to be missing NetBird Cloud & self-hosted NetBird.

Maybe they removed it for being buggy? When I enabled lazy connections it reduced chatter but it also made my connection silently die sometimes until I disconnected/reconnected, so I had to turn it off.

I guess that could be a possibility. I never had any issues with it personally, I’ve seen quite a few posts on battery drain while connected and the fix they have been turning on Lazy Connections in the dashboard. I did that then some peers just decided to be lazy and not respond.
