I have some little personal websites on a local machine (proxmox lxc) and I use netbird open source v. with reverse proxy to public online this websites.
All works very well but if I insert a rev. proxy www.mycustomdomain.com seems I’m not able to use also mycustomdomain.com …
There is a way to have both or I need to insert another reverse proxy?
You cannot use the root domain for the reverse proxy and need to use *.domain.com instead.
Seems it worked only if I add all reverse proxy I need.
So for example, if i need to expose my personal blog under various domain names I need to create all this reverse proxy.
- myblog[.]com
- www.myblog[.]com
- myblog[.]net
Ecc.
It will be useful to put ALIASES inside reverse proxy services (for the custom domains)
