Exclude one IP from network-subnet

Is there a way to exclude a single IP from a resource in a network?

I have a contol-app for TV, that reaches the TV just when I disable my home-subnet. So I thought I could exclude the IP from the TV in my home-subnet to get it working with an aktiv netbird on my phone.

Maybe an ACL with a access control rule? Not sure, or provide an netbird address to reach the same. Or keep using the local ip if you don’t use domains.
