Can I look at debug bundles too?

Trying to troubleshoot a client issue in a cloud hosted netbird instance.

I can either ask the user to upload a debug bundle, or I can do the same through the netbird console in the peer itself.

In both cases, I get an “Upload Key”.

I have seen references that the Netbird staff is using that key to access the uploaded logfiles.

Is that access only for Netbird staff, or can I check my own issues as well by accessing those debug bundles?

If I can, I have not found yet where to access them. Anyone has an idea?

Thanks

Dan

It should generate the bundle in:
C:\WINDOWS\SystemTemp\netbird.debug.<timestamp>.zip (Could be a different location, but the point being that it has to save the bundles somewhere to upload them)

You should be able to get more information on:

Thanks. I will check for windows.

But I have currently issues with a iOS client. The debug bundle is uploaded. @netbird-staff can access via the upload key.

The question remains, can I access those uploaded debug bundles too?
