Add support for user profile pictures and sync with OIDC picture claim

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Right now, NetBird has no way to set or display profile pictures anywhere in the UI. Scanning text-only lists makes it slow and frustrating to tell users and peers apart. Profile pictures would be a really nice way to add customization.

Describe the solution you’d like

  1. Add basic profile picture/avatar support across the dashboard (Users, Peers, Activity).

  2. Sync the avatar automatically using the standard picture claim from OIDC identity providers, similar to Tailscale.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered

  • Relying on plain text emails and names, which makes quick identification difficult.

  • Manual picture uploads only, though syncing with the IdP’s OIDC claim is much preferred.

Additional context

Tailscale already displays SSO avatars automatically. OIDC providers (Google, GitHub, Entra ID, etc.) already provide the picture attribute natively.
