User peer connectivity troubleshooting can sometimes be cumbersome

Peer latency metric from the management server would be a helpful metric to have displayed in the peer overview section.
Describe alternatives you’ve considered
Pinging the user peer from the management server, pinging the management server from the user peer, etc.
